Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

Item(s) was purchased in the last 30 days
Item(s) are in its original purchase condition, including original packaging and all product documentation, certificates, warranty documents, accessories and complimentary gifts, as applicable.
Item(s) aren't used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Please follow steps below to return item(s) to NQ Jewellers:
Package your item(s) securely in the original packing material. All returned items must also include original packaging, all product documentation, certificates, warranty documents, accessories and complimentary gifts, as applicable along with original receipt or proof of purchase. Please include a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund.
Insure your return shipment for its full purchase value. We are strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment for its full purchase value. NQ Jewellers will not be held liable for any loss, damage or stolen articles that occurs during shipping.

Returns are processed weekday and you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of our receipt of your return. Please allow five to 15 business days for this process to complete.
If you are expecting a refund: credit will be submitted to your credit card company within three business days upon our approval of your return. It may take your credit card company up to 10 business days to post the fund to your account. Orders paid for via Paypal will be credited back to your Paypal account within two weeks.
If you are expecting a return shipment: you will receive an email alerting of the outbound shipment date and another shipping confirmation email along with tracking information on
the day of the outbound shipment.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping to NQ Jewellers. NQ Jewellers will not be held liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.
Special orders are Final Sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Custom engraved jewelry items are Final Sales and are not eligible for return or exchange

Shipping fees are non-refundable
Return without a NQ Jewellers Return Merchandise Authorization Number will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 714.839.8885. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by NQ Jewellers. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. NQ Jewellers is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
